My purchase did not arrive
Open the diamond shop (the + next to your diamonds) or Settings and tap RESTORE. No Ads is restored on every device that uses the same Apple Account. Diamond packs are added once, on the device where you bought them.
The game says NO INTERNET
BULL GAME needs a connection. Check Wi-Fi or mobile data and tap RETRY.
How do I turn off the jumpscares?
Settings (the gear on the title screen), then JUMPSCARES.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. You can ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Are the boxes random?
Yes. Every box gives one random item. The chance for each rarity is shown on the BOXES screen before you open one, and duplicates give diamonds back.
