Who we are

BULL GAME is made by Ömer Nedim Toksöz, an independent developer. Questions about this policy: support@ontivian.com.

What the game stores

Your diamonds, unlocked animals, settings, cosmetics and best scores are saved only on your device. We run no server that receives them, and we cannot see them. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Advertising

The game is supported by ads served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK), and uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for ad consent where the law requires it. The game itself collects nothing; the data below is collected by these two Google components. To show and measure ads, to run the consent form and to prevent fraud, they may process:

• Coarse location: an approximate location (country or city) derived from your IP address,
• Advertising identifier: your device's advertising identifier, only if you allow tracking when iOS asks; it is the only data used to track you across apps and websites,
• Product interaction: how you interact with the ads and the consent form,
• Advertising data: which ads were shown to you,
• Crash data: crash reports from the ad software,
• Performance data: for example how quickly ads load,
• Other diagnostic data: technical information about how the ad software is working.

Apart from the crash, performance and other diagnostic data, this data may be linked to your device. If you do not allow tracking, you still see ads, but they are not based on your activity in other apps. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent form is shown first, before the iOS tracking question and before any ads are requested. There you can change your choice later with the AD CHOICES button in Settings inside the game (it appears only in these regions). How Google uses this data is described in Google's policy for partner sites and apps.

Purchases

Diamond packs and No Ads are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple processes the payment. We never receive your card or billing details, only a confirmation that a purchase was made, so the game can give you what you bought.

Internet connection

The game needs a connection to load ads and to read the current time, so the daily gift and the shop's deals cannot be moved by changing the phone's clock. For the time it asks public time services in this order until one answers: timeapi.io, worldtimeapi.org, and apple.com (only the server time in the reply is read). Nothing about you is sent in these requests, but like every request on the internet they carry your IP address. We run no server of our own and store nothing.

Children

BULL GAME is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your choices and rights

• You can turn tracking on or off in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland you can change your ad consent at any time with AD CHOICES in the game's Settings.
• Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the Turkish KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its use. We hold no personal data about you ourselves; for the data processed for ads, the links above explain how to exercise these rights with Google. You can also write to us and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
